The HydroWhirl® Orbitor is a versatile tank cleaning machine designed for high-performance cleaning efficiency to extend operating life and reduce life cycle costs. High-impact jet pattern provides complete spray coverage for large industrial and sanitary tanks and tank truck washing. High-impact solid jet flows easily remove difficult soils. Rotating jets use the spray media that flow through internal cogwheels on to the body to rotate sets of high-impact jet nozzles by means of an efficient 2-axle orbital pattern, which ensures complete 360° coverage. The jet nozzles used on these assemblies offer considerably more impact and collision force than other types of tank cleaning nozzles; this makes them ideal for residues that are difficult to clean and larger barrels.
The HydroWhirl® Orbitor is a rotating jet nozzle for expeditious and powerful cleaning (up to 15 m). Fits through an orifice of 4″ (ø100mm), weight 2.5 kg. Also available in an ATEX version. The nozzle has a 4-point nozzle (available in 3 sizes) and is executed in stainless steel 316(L), PEEK and carbon filled PTFE. The spraier is uniquely simple, practically maintenance-free, maintenance within 15 minutes. Ideal for use in larger tanks and places, where the product is difficult to remove.
The nozzle is highly suitable for the foodstuff industry, breweries and the dairy, chemicals, or pharmaceutical industries. Also suitable for use in IBC cleaning and the cleaning of the central mixer in the concrete mortar industry.
