Description
Slow rotation and longer spray dwell time on the target surface increase the impact compared to conventional rotary designs. It cleans tanks more efficiently while using less water and requiring lower pressure than static spray balls. The PTFE material is corrosion-resistant.
The lag-free design ensures a slow, almost constant rotational speed across the working pressure range. The steady, controlled speed of the HW provides more efficient tank cleaning and resource usage compared to static spray balls and other rotary designs, thanks to increased impact and longer spray dwell time on the target surface. Atomization is achieved by spinning the water within the nozzle and discharging it through an orifice.
Ideal for harsh chemical environments, chemical processing tanks, and tank cleaning for IBC bins, it is made from FDA-compliant materials for Clean-In-Place (CIP) applications. Featuring a complete 360° omnidirectional spray pattern, the BETE HydroWhirl® Poseidon series in PTFE is available in nine sizes, offering full 360˚ coverage. Various pipe, hose, and threaded connections are available.
