BETE automated spray nozzles

BETE nozzle automation means electronically or pneumatically actuated nozzles with precise control over the nozzle for a number of valuable application benefits:

Types of Automatically Controlled Nozzles

BETE’s automatically controlled nozzles can be categorized into pneumatic hydropulse nozzles, electric hydropulse nozzles, and nozzles equipped with FLEXFLOW™ control.

PNEUMATIC HYDROPULSE NOZZLES

These nozzles can be equipped with standard BJ, BJH, and CW spray tips. They are pneumatically operated, allowing up to 3 on/off pulses per second. Flow rate is adjustable without changing the pressure or spray pattern.

ELECTRIC HYDROPULSE NOZZLES

These nozzles can also be equipped with standard BJ, BJH, and CW spray tips. They are electrically operated with 24V DC voltage (no need for compressed air). They can provide up to 150 on/off pulses per second. Flow rate is adjustable without altering the pressure or spray pattern. There are two variations: EHP series for hygienic food applications with a safe design, and the EHPI series for industrial economic use.

FLEXFLOW™ (FLX) NOZZLE CONTROL

A pre-configured control panel for automated control of Electric HydroPulse® nozzles and solenoid valves for HP / XA / SAM spray heads. The FlexFlow nozzle control is available in four versions:

  • FlexFlow 1000: Supports up to 2 individually controlled groups of up to 6 nozzles each.
  • FlexFlow 2000-v1: Supports up to 10 individually controlled nozzles.
  • FlexFlow 2000-v2: Supports up to 16 individually controlled nozzles.
  • FlexFlow 2000-v3: Supports up to 20 individually controlled nozzles.
