BETE tank cleaning
A crucial aspect of your process is the cleaning of tanks, drums, silos or IBCs. Every process is governed by its own requirements for safe, reliable, hygienic and efficient cleaning. There are different methods, but not all are equally suitable. There are also significant differences in purchase price, consumption of water and energy, consumption of chemicals, discharge of contaminated water or alloted time.
BETE tank cleaning spray nozzles
Tank cleaning is an important process in many industrial applications and can be time-consuming and expensive if you do not use the right solution for your specific application. Storage tanks, process vessels, reactors and process equipment can vary significantly in size and size across all sectors. However, most tanks should be cleaned before and after use to avoid product contamination. BETE tank cleaning spray nozzles come in three categories:
- Stationary spray nozzles: For rinsing or cleaning tanks of up to about Ø 5 m.
- Spinners: rotating flat jet nozzles – for cleaning tanks of up to about Ø 7 m.
- Impact Cleaners: rotating point jet nozzles for highly targeted power cleaning of tanks up to approx. Ø 40 m.
Important factors for making the right choice are the type and degree of pollution, the size of the tank, any obstacles such as agitators in the tank, the costs and the savings (or even profit). Each type of spray nozzle has its own advantages and disadvantages and therefore its own field of application.
