Tank cleaning - Impact cleaners

With the Impact Cleaning machines by BETE, the energy of the pump pressure and the liquid volume is maximally converted into cleaning power. The cleaning fluid is directed onto the wall in the most compact possible jet. The jet is fractures on impact with the wall, removing all dirt around the impact point. The entire wall of the tank is reached by working with jets, which rotate along two axes in a controlled manner. Over time, the entire wall is cleaned in this way. The cycle takes between 4 and 25 minutes, depending on the size of the tank, the contamination and the selected machine/version.

Most machines are tailor-made for the pressure at which they are to be deployed. Higher pressure means more fluids and more power, but also a higher rotational speed. To prevent excessive rotational speed (which consumes power), the transmission is tailor-made for the deployed pressure and nozzle size.

Rotary jets use the spray media flowing through internal gears over the body to rotate sets of high impact jet nozzles according to an efficient 2-axis orbital pattern, providing full 360°-coverage. The impact cleaners used in these assemblies offer considerably more impact and collision force than other types of tank cleaning spray nozzles, which makes them ideal for cleaning out residues and larger vessels.
