Many recycling companies, composting plants and landfills suffer from unpleasant odors. EmiControls has developed an innovative solution for this problem: a atomization system to suppress odors. Our odor controllers neutralize 60 to 80% of unpleasant odors (according to UNI EN 13725 standard). EmiControls’ turbine is currently the only device that can automatically combine the odor binder. This substance is harmless to humans, animals and the environment. There is also the option to use ammonia. How does odor control with EmiControls work?

The water is mixed with the special biological solution and is atomized using the spray nozzles. The combination of water mist and the special solution then binds with the unpleasant smelling molecules and neutralizes the odor. The atomization solution used is organic and harmless to humans, animals or the environment. The mixture produced takes the form of a light spray (droplet size with a diameter of about 10/20 μm), which lingers in the air and does not form puddles.
