Description
Munters assembly profiles are used in conjunction with the Munters DH vane-type profiles to construct a droplet separator. Various profiles are available:
C-profiles: to be clicked directly onto the separator profiles and have a length of 297 mm. This ensures that all profiles are clamped at the correct pitch distance.
A-profiles: a 90°-angle profile on which C-profiles can be clicked. The A-profiles can be attached, for example, to the bottom and top of the channel wall.
AC profiles: a 1-piece A+C profile only available with a pitch distance of 33 mm.
Z-profiles: Z-shaped assembly profiles with slots at the desired pitch distance. The separator profiles are placed in these slots so that they are held at the correct distance without clicking. You can also attach the Z-profiles to the bottom and ceiling of the channel or the separator unit.
SL profiles: flat assembly profiles with slots at the desired pitch distance. The separator profiles are placed in these slots so that they are held at the correct distance without clicking. You can fix the SL profiles in the right place again with, for example, a corner line or U-profiles.
