MUNTERS DH4200 droplet separator profiles, when assembled as a unit, form a vane-type separator for horizontal flow. The streamlined profiles with multiple bends ensure high liquid loads combined with high separation efficiencies.
MUNTERS DH4200 droplet separator profiles are supplied in standard lengths of 6 meters or in tailor-made lengths of up to 6 meters. The DH4200 profile is specifically designed for use in air inlets and behind spray humidifiers. The profile is suitable for application at face velocities ranging from 1 to 4 m/s under atmospheric operating conditions (a higher gas velocity may occur, e.g., in a vacuum).
